After being in a road accident I was referred to Chris at Northumberland Physiotherapy. I have had a few sessions with Chris so far and my experience has been outstanding. Very welcoming and helpful. Chris has helped me a lot with my injuries and especially with my neck. After receiving a very helpful exercise app there's been great improvement with movement. Highly recommended!!
I have recently injured my neck and shoulders and was referred to NP and allocated to Chris. Injury is not too severe, quite minor I would say, but since I am a very tens person in general recovery of even the smallest injury takes a while. I have not seen a physio before, not even once in my life, so I was very nervous before my first appointment. Chris turned out to be very professional, friendly, polite and kind person. He explained the recovery process in detail, planned sessions ahead and on top of that I also received online access to exercises to do at home, which is absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend Northumberland Physiotherapy enough!Venue is easy to find, reception staff is very helpful and friendly and overall I would give them a massive A+++++.
My husband & myself have had 8 session each with Chris. He has been very helpful & has made both of us feel at ease. Chris always ask if we are ok during our session. Gave us both helpful exercise for home. I would highly recommend Chris to my friends & family if they ever need physiotherapy. The staff at both location have been polite & helful also.

After discussing my injuries with him he suggested several exercises to do both with him and also at home. Thanks to the intense treatment I received from Chris I am finally able to move without pain for the first time since my accident.
Fantastic facilities. The staff are very polite, and professional. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand which I really did appreciate. The premises are clean, tidy, and very well presented. Finally, my physiotherapist, Chris, was incredibly friendly, and helpful throughout. He answered any questions I had in a professional manner, but also talked me through what was happening. Not only that, he held very pleasant conversation, which really helped me relax.
