If you want a 7 star service on a 3 star budget, then Serenity Bathrooms Prudhoe is for you. Michael came out to my new home and measured up, then I went in to the showroom , where I was greeted by Gail who made me a cup of coffee while Michael was finishing up with a client, (the client advised they bought and sold houses and they have had all 6 put in by Serenity and were ordering another 3, as the service and quality outdid there expectations every time). I have never had such outstanding service, Michael showed me the pictures on the computer that he had drawn up, we then put in the tiles of my choice, shower, toilet , bidet and basin, WOW, WOW, WOW is all I could say and this is all before it is fitted. I have no trouble recommending Serenity Bathrooms Prudhoe, a family run company that will make you feel part of their family the moment you walk through the door.
Serenity Bathrooms fitted a new En Suite to my house in 2016. Work was done to time and budget - and the finish was excellent. A couple of small issues were resolved straight away. I would definitely recommend.
