Flat pitch for camping, nice location, good amenities, covered charging point in view of tents was a nice extra, plenty of space, pub 10 mins. Will stay again.

A little gem of a campsite, 15 minutes walk in the village to train station with main line access. If you check back previous reviews going back to June 2017 others have reviewed facilities as basic. 14 months on still the same, 1 single sink for washing up plates, Mens wash room: one shower one toilet - one urinal and one wash basin. Embarrassing if youve used the toilet and someone is using the sink. Ladies 2 toilets one shower one washbasin. If one of the toilets is flushed whilst showering the water pressure drops, if a second toilet is flushed you are left with a trickle of water.I do have to say always clean and well stocked, just not enough facilities as one night we had 24 people on the site.Adam and the team extremely nice people and as I said earlier a gem of a campsite it just needs brining into the 21st century.

Good campsite. Friendly staff and great location to use as a base when exploring the area

Beautiful place, very peacefully. Basic but everything you need is there. Very friendly and helpful owner, would definitly recommend this place!

Great little campsite. Our pitch was on a slight slope but the all day sunshine, with just shade until 10am and from 9pm more than made up for it.Great spot for walking or cycling the banks if the upper Tyne. Will definitely return.
